ABOUT
I’m an illustrator and designer whose practice is rooted in health, the body, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
After graduating from the Painting Department at Tokyo University of the Arts,
I completed formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Chinese materia medica).
Working across illustration, graphic design, and painting, my practice focuses on visual communication around themes of wellbeing and care.
I approach health not simply as medical information, but as a lived, cultural experience shaped by everyday life.
Responding to the context of each project or brand, I translate these ideas into intuitive and approachable visual expressions.
My work moves across the fields of healthcare, wellbeing, lifestyle, and culture,
exploring the relationship between concept and visual form through an art-led approach.
After completing my studies at Central Saint Martins,
I have received an offer to progress into postgraduate study at the same institution.
